Loosen the left side motor mount nuts and re-torque the preload on the frame preload adjusters (counter clockwise!!!) , then re-torque the left side nuts.

Then check all 3 front motor mount bolts on each side.

The vibration will be unbearable if they are loose. The zx12r's would do the same thing.

thanks but i fix it by re-installing the balancers.. all bolts were TQ to KHI spec's both time . the preloads had 14lbs on them.. 44lbs on the nuts

.. also on a side note i purchaced a set of cases and learnt that KHI uses 2 differant size of thrust washers ..had to order the thick ones ..

got my thick thrust washers and installed crank .. perfect fit now and no end play. .. so no doubt now KHI has cases with 2 differant thickness.. i just don't understand why the need to do this .and them suckers are expensive 22.00 a piece each ..

I took the ballancer out of my stock bore ZRX motor and hated it! Vibrated worse everywhere! Kept it in when I built my stroker motor.

APE claims removing the balancer shafts will require the crank to be balanced again.

I just rebuilt my bike change piston to cp and put new rods in after spinnibg a berring.ever thing was put back to kaw spec..after doing so found out stock pistons weighed 334.5 and cp piston weighed 311 grams.bike vibrates at high rpms..is the weight diffeence causing vibration. And is this harmful to the motor... It run great just dont want to take any chances.. I also replace crank w a new one from kaw need input thanks..
