Apples to oranges becuase it wasn't done on the same day,but conditions were comparable and on the same dyno, with the map that was built for mine compared to other 14's in his files mine made 3hp more then the 3 brock piped bikes compared to. We were'nt as lean either.
Chain replaces, sprockets replaced, new clutch and better oil are on the bike now.So after some seat time, I guess I will know something.

There are so many factors that go into a fast bike! The first one being weight , type of fuel, riding skills, and wheelbase. the one overlooked the most is altitude adjustment. This weekend the NHRA is running in Denver the mile high city. The density altitude10,000 FT, the hp loss for Pro Stock cars is 335 hp to sea level, Pro Stock motorcycle's 71hp.a half a second ET for both,it all adds up. About the pipes I still think Brocks has the best pipe although I see a couple places it could be improved but I'm sure cost is a factor. I was Bart on a muzzy pipe after a couple hours of grinding on the inside of the welding it was just acceptable. I looked on the inside of a M14 and it was better but I still think Brocks has the advantage. Getting back to what this Is really about, I really feel sorry for RG he is between a rock and hard place! I hope everything turns out well.

I have no first hand knowledge, but i'm "guessing" that Brock gets more out of using Rickey's name than what Rickey gets from Brock.
That said, Brock has been one of the good guys in the aftermarket mc biz, and i wanna see it stay that way.

You have done the same with a M14. This thread has turned into a look
at my exhaust. It's about Brock removing CNC from the pictures. One
of the mods posts Brock is one of the Good Guys....so is Mr. Muzzy
And back to the topic of this thread was Jim at CNC is one of the GOOD
guys too and look what happened. What if YOU were JIM??????????

Good Guys in the MC aftermarket biz .. Explained:
Bryan Snyder owner of Quantum Motorsports, for answering and returning my calls(sometimes on weekends) teaching me how to adjust maps for conditions (plus much more), and refusing to take a dime for it. GOOD GUY
Brock for returning my e-mails and helping get the most out of his maps even thou I had a used pipe that he did not make a direct dime from. GOOD GUY
Don, owner of Bessemer City Cycles for teaching me the history of motorcycle drag racing and how it applies now. GOOD GUY
Cycle Concepts, for teaching me how to set-up a clutch. GOOD GUY
Coby, Garron and Dale, of Adams Performance for teaching me the basics of nitrous and only selling me what works and nothing more. GOOD GUYS
Ryan Schnitz(Schnitz Racing) and Cecil Towner (HTP) for free nitrous advice. GOOD GUYS
Reed Nordin of Kawasaki Team Green, for his support. GOOD GUY
Bill owner of Custom Speciaties Cycles for sponsoring my nitrous and tires. GOOD GUY
These Are the Good Guys in the MC aftermarket BIZ that I will Vouch for. They all went above and beyond what was reqiured of them and/or what they were paid for just to help me be the best I can be.
Thanks Guys,

1bad:
ALL suppliers have disappointed someone; thousands of transactions make for some bad experiences, no matter how good you are.
But, 1/2 of the transaction is in the customer's hands. You have influence in how it turns out.
I'm pissed at Sprocket Specialists at this moment. Despite my best efforts they just suck.
Oh well, they go on my bad supplier list.
For me Brock is on the bubble, and i'm hoping he ends up on the side of the angels.
More is in play than just a sticker.

"I really feel sorry for RG he is between a rock and hard place!"
+1
I think he would do well if he open his own online aftermarket store carrying his own signture brand and the parts from his sponsors and others. And if his sponsors really wanted to help him and themselves, they should give him a deep discount on the parts he makes look so good for them. Sponsor make money, RG makes money, and customers get to see what they are spending their money on in action.
And Rickey, I know you are reading this thread, go ahead and get Rich and a few more best of the best (and remember every team needs quality big man in the middle, ME) undercontract and claim every record and take it too next level displaying what these products can really do. You can't be the front man forever.

1bad,
I agree with you.
A "good guys" list is easy; but for for Fish to post a bad guys list might be a legal can of worms.
BTW: if you are a fan of Grainger, give McMaster-Carr a try; same 500,000+ items in stock, but McM-C's search capabilty is 100X better than Grsinger's.
