120 link chain

Will a 120 link chain be enough to let me run 16/44 sprockets at stock wheel base?

Yes. I had a stock chain on 17/43 after a few hundred miles it would fit so 16/44 no problems. Hope you got a Gold EKZZZ with rivet master links. Other are cool but this one was a good one. I'm sure someone who has these sprockets will post up.

It's the gold one, ZVX X-ring though. Not sure if it's the rivet master link or not. I've been running a clipped master link for a few years now with no problems, so either is fine with me.

Yep...til the clip lets go and you hope you spit the chain out instead of wrapping around the front sprocket.

For sure... I'm at 16/44 on the stock (116) chain and wb... should be able to fit 16/45 with just a little more stretch.

Yeah, I tried the 120 link, but seems I'm gonna have to remove a few links and my chain breaker is broken. Guess I'm grounded until I get a new one. By the way, it came with a rivet link.

Got the chain on this morning. Took 4 links out and ran the adjustment screws almost all the way in. The 16/44 sprockets at stock wheelbase is a lot of fun! Cracked the throttle wide open in 4th and got a little lift in the front, very happy with the 14 again :-) Anyone know the top speed with those sprockets?
