Time to get a new rear rotor
Well my bike has about 35k miles and the original stock rotor. I've noticed that the wear pattern has went past my comfort zone. Time to go Galfer rotor and brake pads. I found a place on the internet tobefast.com with the rotor costing $118 and the high performance brake pads at $26. The 14 has great braking power and keeping the integrity is a must on a machine like this

Tobefast is Jerry McCoy's shop. He has been around before the internet was the place to shop.

Need to quit using that rear brake so much. Stay off the rear brake & use the front where the real stopping power is. I've got 35k also & still have the original rear pads. Just a thought.

I got you zixxer but the rotor is still good but I wanted a new rotor with brakes as a proactive measure. I don't wait until things break, I plan ahead to reduce reactive problems. I think this rotor will give that extra detail to my bike which is not blinged out but tastefully done for a special look(IMHO)

Unbling away. Check out EBC rotors, good stuff. Never liked Galfer, just didn't seem to have the stopping power of EBC's brakes.

Well the rotor took 2 weeks to get here from tobofast.com but here's a pic of it installed

Time to put in the new pads as soon as the sun rises here on the east coast
