idle question
Hey guys,
What should my 2010 14 be running at on idle (after the cold start turns off).
I'm just curious.... Does a certain settin make easier for daily commutes around town??

I have mine running at around 1400 or so...
At 1100 with PCIII and pipes...I find it not as responsive and it has a tendency to stall from time to time...but I'm also running a 4 degree timing advance.

If you have a gauge on it watch your oil psi on a hot summer day ,stop and go traffic at idle' and you'll see why its a good idea to keep it 13-1400 rpm's hot .

That is normal. I know on mine though it tends to be lesss noticeable after the bike has warmed up more.

1100-1200 is where i have mine. the higher you set it the more clunk you will have putting it in gear.
