DO NOT BUY FROM GSXRPARTS.ORG!!!!!!
I purchased a part from these guys on Apr 21. I was told it was gonna ship out the following week after the money cleared paypal. I called the following week and spoke to "D" and he said he was waiting for the money to clear their bank account. Ok, the following days I called for an update and was told PAYPAL had put a 6 month hold on their account and they had just refunded me so when it cleared they would give me another address to send the payment to through paypal. Couple days later and still no credit for refund in my paypal. Then I call back for status update and was told they were waiting on the paperwork from the DMV. Huh 3 bs stories!!!!! Told them to just refund my money back on Apr 7 and today is now the 16th and still no refund. Also they would not give any full names or the address of the company. SCAMMERS!!!!
TALKED.TO Dan after putting in a paypal claim and he said he would send out the part next day with tracking number. Never happened and when I called back, he tried to dodge talking to me. I said I have have one question, did u send out the part. His reply man we don't care......ill tell u anything.....laughed then Hung up. Smh. All I could do was laugh in disbelief.
Good news is I paid with PAYPAL AND THEY AWARDED ME THE CLAIM. WILL HAVE MONEY BACK SHORTLY.
THESE GUYS WILL TRY AND GET YOU TO WAIT TILL AFTER THE 45 DAYS TO MAKE A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL.

I do look at feed back etc. The only time I got scammed is when I purchased some smooth Forman Grills for my 14. The co. on the Ebay auction had a lot of sales and good feed back score.I called them and talked to th Customer Service guy.real nice. It was explained they had to send them out to be match painted. Well it took longer then what I was told and longer Paypal's 45 day claim period to paint (so they said) so I was screwed when suddenly noone to answer the phone or emails from them.. The co. has gone under and phones are disconnected but the web site was still up until more Ebay and Paypal customers filed claims. Ebay killed their remaining auction adds and account as did Paypal. Then a few weeks later the web site was gone. I bet Now under a different name and start over screwing people again. I had cash in my Paypal account so asking Credit Card to (Visa) step in was a No Go. Don't let the Paypal claim date go past. It's a pain and a lot of hassle but you will get your Paypal funds back after weeks and several phone calls and emails and forms to file with Paypal over a dispute......... sigh.

Officially got credited from Paypal. I feel much better now. Like you said Joel787, I wanted to go up there and F them up. Even had friends call the place but they would never give an address. BIG THANKS TO PAYPAL (it was painless besides dealing with those A-Holes i bought the parts from)
GSXRPARTS.ORG actually called me the day before the claim ended and Dan said he would send out the frame the next day and give me a tracking number and he would also pay to my account $1400 and when I get the frame, just pay the money back. Bull, I called the next day and dodge my call and when I did get him on the phone he wouldn't answer a simple question. Did you ship the part? he Man I call you back. I told him your just trying to dodge me. He then said Yup, We dont give a F. Dont trust us dude. LMAO I wish I could have found them. But the main thing is im whole and have my money back.
GSXRPARTS.ORG are SCAMMERS
