Should I sell It?
This guy is offering me 15k for my bike the way it sits but the clutch!! Im the original owner and it has only 6500 miles what do you guys think?

Lets see .. 10K with TT or so for the bike new .. 3800 for the BSTs , 1000 for the sidewinder , 250 for the P/C , 1000 for the arm , Aftermarket seat ? and other mods i may not know about .. So you have about 16k + plus in the bike .. Getting 15k back is pretty damn good BUT and there is allway a BUT .. What are you going to do? buy another zx14 ? or a zx10 or maybe a BMW 1000 ? If you are going to get another zx14 you will spend all that money plus more to build a new one ..Your bike is tunned and proven allready and runs crazy fast .. Tuff call ..

Why would he offer $15k for a ZX14 with normal mods? Turbo I can see.

Normal mods? It's got a $4000 set of wheels on it.
It would be easy justify spending $15k for a low 8 second bike. I'm not saying you CANT build one for that, cause you can build one alot cheaper then that.. But if it's proven and fast, you don't have to do any of the research, or trial and error. And for a guy that doesn't know anything about zx14s, buying an already built bike would be an excellent idea.
In my experience, however, I had a handful of 'buyers' offer me a ton of cash for my bike when it had the 1570 in it. Nothing ever came from any of them.

Sell it.
You have figured the stock motor 14 out already. Your time as it set will not get much better. You are going to have to move to a power adder to see more. Buy a used 14 for $5000-$6000 ($3500-$4000 if you are going to build the motor) and make your next move on his dime. You are not cheating him out of anything; the only way most people will get a bike to the level your bike is on is to buy it that way.
ps:I would bet that he would never match you time; that is, if you don't hold his hand and walk him into it.
Don't let him talk you to death. In most cases like this, guys are just tring to flash money to get you to tell them your set-up. 
After it is gone, charge $ to set-up stock motor clutches and chasises like your's is. Husle!

I spend a lot of money and time on this bike and it's hard to say yes when I know its gonna be hard to just let it go! If I buy another 14 why should I sell mine? Hmmmm I think Im gonna keep my bike, its a great offer but I have spent too much time on my bike...

I know it's not a 14 but I built a low 8 sec. 2000 Turbo Busa for $5500 sorcing parts off of the internet. Depends on what you want to do next
