Thanks wheelie, im pulling all the springs out and throwing stockers in. I almost pulled my hair out. With a best ET of 9.34 on a 1.64 60ft. What a joke. I have no idea how anyone could short time with a clutch like that..

Where is my old ZX12!?

I guess the DA wasn't that bad, considering there was a blue and white streched Beemer going 9.40's @148

Lol, the bottle ;-)

A few things I noticed out there yesterday.

The crosswind/headwind
Slick spots at 330'
Every gen 2 Busa that got out on me I ran down
The Gixx 1k with the blue bottle ran me down
Crazy 8's had a 3 bike roster and they all went 9.0 9.2's
Blue gen 2 busa busted his oil pan grudge racing me
Red ZX14 using a launchmaster on spray blew his motor

Last but not least,I got beat by a chick on a ninja 250-for real

Met Ken Mass, really cool dude.

Saw Wheelie for the first time in years!

Those are great pictures Ronnie! I can read the mileage on that green bike LOL. I'm sorry we didn't stick around Matt got the front wheel up a little too high on his bike and cracked the oil pan so we left early. Was there any big grudge races that went down?

I watched a few of his passes, although I didn't see the 9.18, I saw that the mph was in the upper 140's, and the bike looked
definately long enuff to pull those ET's, so I guess it was only a matter of time before he got the launch down.

Smokin', there were no vmax's there, with my 9.30's I would have had to run and hide.:-)

I watched most every pass that the BMW made, have several photos of it, never saw him have to lift the throttle cause of a wheelie, meaning he could leave at a higher rpm, so it will run faster than a 9.18

I agree. There were a few guys complaining about not enuff traction, I even had a some guy tell me he was getting too much traction, lol.

As for my 14,I am about to pull the clutch cover and change the heavy springs to stock and pull the stack and find out if what everyone is telling me is the problem. A buddy of mine wants to put money on a "warped" steel siince from the day I bought the bike, it was grabby and never smooth. The more throttle I fed it during the launch, the more it would "chatter" and grab. We will see.
