Hi all
Hey guys and gals
Newby to Kawasaki here , but some will know me from landspeed or busa forums
Just picked up a 08 SE , a little knocked around but that will not take long to fix,
Also thanks to Shane , brought his part turbo kit , i'm barely going to get to know this bike in std form before it gets blown,
So there will be quite a few questions about necessary mods to the motor, its also going to be the test install for another turbo kit i will be making for a zx14 powered car , aiming at 400hp capability that should be reasonably reliable if built and tuned right .

first ride i will get on it is a local drag meet on the weekend, so the first launch will be interesting, just hope i don't make the 14 look too bad

Larry i thought i was doing ok untill i watched you guys run into the 250's on less hp ,
and saw Ralph Hudsons results with the na 750 doing 211, back to the drawing board. Brute forcing it through the air is no longer cool, needs some finesse like you guys are doing
I will have to start a build thread as i get into it, the car turbo will not be as limited compared to the bike (with chassis restricting plenum setup), Already found the 14 shares the 08 busa throttlebody spacing so i can use one of my water/air plenums with ice tank on the car
and thinking of using the new injector dynamics injectors , hearing good things about them.
I have an aem-fic piggyback that i will try , it will give me 2 or 3 bar map sensing fuel tables, tps, ign retard and logging , on busa's there sensitive to electrical noise , maybe the 14 will be better ??
I think i have read through gilberjj 's built thread several times now , helped heaps to see how that all came together , and like everyone else keen to see the results
