slip-ons
Hi guys
wondering if any of you knowledgable guys can answer the following?
Will a set of Yoshi slip-ons for the ZZR 1400 09 model fit the 07 model?
I understand the headers are a different size from 08 onwards so a full system will not fit from 09 to 07.
But will the slip-ons only fit?
Appreciate your time guys.
Been offered a set of these Yoshis for the 09 but owner doesn't know the answer, I'll wager someone on here will?

There is about a 1/8" difference between the outlets of the headers on the 06-07 versus 08 and later. I adapted a set of s/o from an 06-07 to my 09 by having the ends of the midpipes swaged open to fit the larger outlets of the 09 header. I have made aluminum spacers to slip between 2 pipes of different sizes to act as a gasket, that is what you would have to do to fit 08 and later s/o onto a 06-07 model. Hi-temp silicone seal and a t-bolt clamp always insures a leak proof fit.
Other than the diameter difference there is no difference in fitment as nothing else was changed.
