Gearing advice

Help.... I'm trying to get my turbo bike set up and ready, but I really don't know what to do as far as gearing goes.

I used to have it at 16/46, and I liked that gearing ok, but as I got better, I think I could have got a little faster with 16/44 or 16/45.

I plan to have around 300whp, but probably a little less. Right now my bike is geared at 18/46, which, according to gearingcommander.com puts me right where I'd like to be. 149 mph in 4th, and 5th will carry all the way to 174 mph. Realistically, I'd like to see 165mph in the 1/4, but I don't ever want to be inbetween gearing and smack into the limiter.

Those who have ridden a powerful bike before, is my gearing too short for that much power?

The bike will be 10-11" over.

It depends on your power curve. Start with safe gear (tall), and keep lowering it until the bike leaves the line like you want it too. TNT. At 300hp, E.T. will be effected more by chasis tune and power curve then anything else, so it is hard for me to give a gear combo.
