Big torx bit and a hammer. Use the torx bit that fits a ratchet for better leverage.
Someone else might chime in with a better idea, But thats my first thought....

try a slightly bigger straight blade bit for a impact driver.you might have to notch the bolt head with a dremel tool.before you hammer on the impact driver take a butane pincil torch and heat up the bolt center to melt the lock tight thats on the bolt.it melts at 300 degrees.it might take 2mins to heat up

That should do the trick!

Be careful with the heat thing, don't let it soak into the calipers or forks and remember that the caliper bolt will expand when it's heated, so the idea of melting the loctite might be self-defeating.

I would find other means other than heat. I would be afraid of the bolt expanding and or not getting hot enough. With the caliper seals, and forks and everything i would stay away from using heat. But thats just me.

If you have rounded the heads of the bolt, you may have to use a screw extractor. You have to drill the head of the bolt and the tap the screw extractor in and remove. Here is an example:

I am too lazy to post a clickable link, you can copy and paste. But these will do the trick.

A sharp hardened cold chisel is another way. Start a slot with it and lightly hammer it loose in a counter clockwise rotation hits on the buggered up head.. Suprised this did that. I have had mine off several times with no problems. I use metric allen bits ( hardened) with a hex drive on the other end and use a socket and rachet to remove when the bolt was still intact.
