Puig / Zero Gravity / What?

Time for a new screen.

Found lots of threads with pics of both the Zero Gravity and Puig type Double Bubbles, but not really any consensus as to what works best. I know that an individual choice, but more overall is what I'm looking for.

6'2" with bad hips, can't really get way low, but only doing twisties and city, so no touring screen needed.

Just looking for something a bit extra to conceal radar detector.

Thx!

I had a Puig double bubble on my 14 and loved it. Was best quality and best fitting screen I have ever purchased.

I have 2 ZG one a DB and other a Sport Touring. Never had a problem with them. Swap them back and forth when I go on long trips. Replaced the well nuts with no problems.

I have a used Puig and I must say it is thicker then the ZG.

I picked up one of the chinese knockoffs for $24 shipped. The fit is perfect, but the screen materiel seems a bit thin. I picked up this screen because I wanted to see if I could mount my radar detector under the screen, above the ram air intake. I like the screen because it is the double bubble type and allows my thick body to get out of the wind stream.

I have owned 2 Puig screens and both cracked. I have owned 3 ZG screens and only had one crack. (the bike was laid down on that one)

The ZG comes all the way back, the Puig is shaped funny at the lip closest to you. I am 6'4" and i like the ZG screens much better than the Puig.

I always run the DB feature on any windscreen i have as well.

Note: The Puig dark smoke is great quality but they mean dark when they say dark. So much so that it is virtually impossible to see out of in other than ideal light.
