Zx14 turbo fuel system questions
As you all know, I'm building my turbo bike to run on e85. That requires a lot of fuel, and I'm not sure exactly how I should set my fuel system up...
Here's what I have...
Walbro 255 in tank pump mounted in the 06 housing
Aeromotive 1:1 fuel pressure regulator
Bosch 700cc injectors
The way I was planning on providing fuel was to use the stock line to get the fuel to the rail, weld on a 90 degree -6an fitting to the fuel rail, then use the aeromotive fpr, and return the fuel to the tank using a weldless tank bung from cycle logic. This seems to be the easiest way to do it, but I still have a few questions.
How do I bypass the stock internal regulator?
Will the stock fuel line and tank fitting support my fuel needs (about 500 hp of gasoline)?

I mounted my pump external. I guess my pics are on my old computer which is in the closet. I will try and drag it out and post up some pics.

Did you use the stock fuel line?

im running -6 feed and return i didnt want to have it get choked up with the stock line

get a 08+ housing. same as a zx10r and i believe zx6r. just get a flat one. it makes running a feed and return a lot easier.
