II guess you don't understand the personal loss of a parent...well, good for you.

Shane

18 years at home with parents..

30 years with wife and raising kids ..

yeah i understand ..its you that don't ..

I was at home for 18 years also...aren't most people? I don't understand? You think it is unreasonable to have the unexpected death of a parent affect your race season??

Please explain....

Shane, if you would have given this reason you haven't been racing months ago in a tread or pm I wouldn't have been joking about your racing season, I remember you posted you weren't racing because of your job making you work long hours and you didn't have time to build or race, sorry about your Dad passing away.

also Shane, I don't think your Dad would want you sitting home thinking about him, he would want you racing and thinking about him

Well, I don't recall what I posted 6 months ago...but I am not the type to publish all of my personal troubles. Racing is my passion, and I wouldn't set it aside on a whim.

Regardless, my lack of racing this season does not diminish what I have accomplished with my bike, nor my helping of others. I have tried to help everyone here (including you), and I don't appreciate the disrespect. Especially when I only tried to help you with my initial post in this thead.

At any rate, let's bury the hatchet and move on.

I understand that...

That is why, 5 hours afer I got the news, we were headed to NC to pick up Racheal's 14. I did my best, but my spirit to race still has sufffered.

I will make it up this season.
