need opinions on buying fairings
does 890.00 sound good for all the fairings to put on my zx14 including tank and well every thing needed, they are in great condition, thanks

The question is, where are you getting them from? I have had friends who bought fairings on ebay, shipped from Hong Kong and they didnt fit, although they looked great sitting in his garage.
Others have said that they bought those fairings and they did fit.
The companies on ebay will refund your money if you arent satisfied, but they do not promise to refund your several hundred dollars in shipping

they are in the usa and are oem from someones bike and they look good at all angles

I got it for $999.99 with $225.00 shipping. It didn't come with the lowers or the grills. I should get my lowers back from being painted tuesday. Same set as a a video on youtube for a ZX14 getting a suspension tune while at a racetrack. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HL3Pstj-P3E

so why is he selling it if they are so great. 890 for mint fairings sounds good to me, but I have only rebuilt one bike and did that piece by piece. I am sure some of these guys here have more experience than I

thats what he does for his business he has hundreds of bike parts for all bikes, i think im going to buy them, all i needed was at leST ONE PERSON SAYING IT WAS A GOOD DEAL THANKS!

ok, I saw that on ebay. wish he did individual parts. A "friend" of mine borrowed my bike when I was at the store and dumped it. I need the right side parts and the front cowl.
Dont leave the key in your bike even if you park it in the garage

what color do you need? i have the nose of zx14 in black in very good condition

is your bike damaged? if you are replacing all of your fairings, then you have the ones off of your bike to spare, right?

Chinese all the way, and came painted, The flames are hand painted on. They took a little fitting but not a whole lot. $600 shipped to my door from Ebay. The bike was a wrecked 07 white limited so I got the black with red flames to match the wheels.

Actmart1 was the supplier. worked really well and they were ABS plastic not the fiberglass ones.
