Just a thought...

I think your ZX14 wheel is the heaviest!

The lead filled front axle sounds like a good idea for added wheelie control.
I've seen ballast weights that mount on the front forks or clamp somehow.........that would be a better alternative since you can adjust weight on and off to suit you.

I think it'll be tough to find a front heavier than the 14's stocker. They're heavy!
If your in an every little bit counts mentality, you could put on heavier rotors. 310mmx5.5mm BrakeTech ductiles weigh 3.26lbs each vs, I believe, 2.9lbs for zx14 stock rotors.

But makin' the front wheel heavier is just adding more rotating mass. Ain't that gonna slow you down?
Seems lead in the axle, sticky weights, and ballast would be the way to go... but what do I know... I'm not a racer.

Ok, but you think adding rotating mass is going to make you faster than weight on the front nose, lead filled axle, or stick on weights?

The front axle holds 1 lb of lead. Just enough to make a noticable difference when trying to keep the front wheel down.

yes i do .i'm not just adding weight i'm going to shave weight from rider and rear wheel ..to make up for what i add to the front ... i may make a lead brick and bolt it to the front of frame. but i'd rather have it farther out .. but i've done nothing to lighten up my bike .so i've got all kinds of weight to move around

I don't believe the axle spins, therefor could not be rotating mass.

ok. I was talking about putting lead in your axle or just adding weights. that sounds like a much better idea than getting a heavier rim, imo.
