Seat time. Launch at a lower RPM and start working on getting your 60's down. Get the clutch out and work on getting the throttle open faster.

i have 115 lbs on you and i am getting close to your current times...
I dont know much but i would say lower your launch rpm by 500 for a few runs and see if you can improve that aspect. Also if your having the same issues i did/am having get the clutch out as quick as possible. It took me a little while to finally get to where i am at but i know i can do better.
Seat time is my best friend, i wish we could meet more often....
Only other thing i did which has helped me so far (ive only been able to practice on the back roads due to my local track closing for the season) Is the Rifleman Insert for the throttle. It makes the throttle 1/5 turn. Very easy to get to WOT. I also installed a wide open throttle switch and hooked it up to an LED on my dash just so i know when i am hitting WOT and where i am at on the track. Its just an idiot light for personal reference. But every little bit helps in my book....

leaving at that rpm and those 60' times you are riding the clutch waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long or not twisting the throttle.
video's will help you see what you are doing and what you can do to correct. Post them up here for help.

I would stick with the Power Commander, as it has more maps available. I would skip the TRE and remove the secondary throttle plates. For an exhaust with great map support, you can't beat Brock's products.

Glad you like the thread. Hopefully more good stuff to come, as I overhaul the bike this winter.
