losing a race track
i heard today that Pine Valley is shutting down . i'm not a member on their forum so i can't look and post a link ..

THERE WILL BE NO RACES EXCEPT THE HALLOWEEN AND $10,000 RACE FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR AFTER THIS WEEKEND. THE TRACK IS FOR SALE AND WE CERTAINLY CAN'T BUY IT. SURE HATE TO SEE SUCH A NICE TRACK JUST SIT THERE. BUT THIS IS THE OWNERS DECISION.OF COURSE THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IF ONLY EVERYONE HAD SUPPORTED THEIR HOME TRACK. WE REALLY APPRECIATE THOSE OF YOU WHO DID.

we have a really nice local track that is on its way out the door, high gate fees and tech fees keeps racers and spectators going to the other tracks.

wee i don't think 20.00 and an easy tech is too much at the pine valley track .. and it was 1 them fast tracks . if you wanted a good time slip that was the place .. but it was a 4hr drive from me 1 way

Bad, I wasn't saying that's what did P Valley in, probably the location, and the way things are going in our country

Yep, I think location is what really hurt their turnout. I go there often (85mile drive) even though my local track is 12 miles away.
