Pilot powers. I took my 14 to a track day and those puppies gripped like no other. Last thing on my mind was tires.

2nd hand info.
My trackday bud runs them. I rode his sixfiddy at a fast track. They are amazing. Great grip and feel. Slid controllably and I used to hate to slip on his bike with Qualifiers and Pirellis. He wastes them in 3-4 track days and 3000 road miles. Thats a 650. We could expect 3-4000 miles out of a pair.
I'm gonna try a pair if I go back to trackdays.

No experience with the Qualifiers..........the only Dunlops I ran on street were the old 207's, but the 208GP's were awesome at trackdays if you don't mind changing tires out more than once a season ..........only had my 14 at one trackday and was fitted with Battlax BT002's, but they did well too.
Now I'm running Roadsmart 2's...........not planning on going to the track with these, but definitely gonna get more miles outta them.

I just spoke with a Dunlop rep a few days ago, and am eager to try the Q2's.
I am currently using Perelli Rossi Corsa's. I suppose they are doing what they are meant to do, but I get zero feed back from them.
Before the peelli's, I had a set of Metzeler M5's. They were the funnest (if such a word exists) tires I've ever used. They stuck like a cat on velcro, and gave incredible feedback.
But back to the Q2's: I like the look of the profile. And this was the reps main sales pitch as well. She says you only have to think about tipping into a corner, and they tip in, yet are incredibly stable at the same time.

Dunlop roadsmarts were always my favorite street tire. I'm sure the q2s rock

Ditto on the roadsmarts, never hooked up, they would always spin or slide & didn't inspire any confidence. My favorite tire is the michelin pp's, they stick like glue & wear reasonably well, much lighter feeling than the dunlops & no trying to stand up trail braking into corners.
