That is probably the bottom-of-the-barrel Ohlins (weak damping) attached to a mounting kit that limits what bars you use, allows for no risers, and perhaps limits the height of your forks...WORD.

I have a Scott's damper assembly, I am just going to buy the mounting kit new. Thanks for the thought, though.
