"Sissy rider"

That's what this new passenger accessory I got for free at bikenight a few nights ago is called:

It's magnetic and it makes my wife feel really secure back there. Also it helps when stopping or going down a steep hill cause there's no weight going on me

Guess the name "reach around" was already taken.

Pretty cool idea though.

The bad thing I see about them is if the person is holding onto them comming up to a stop, and for example the light changes to green, and the driver pops the throttle, would they stick to the tank??

It's designed to come off and hold it up against the rider for that situation. So i guess if you dont feel any pressure against your waist then the passenger must've come off
My wife is lazy as hell when she's on the back and just recently developed panic attacks when we're on the freeway cause she feels like she's gonna fall off somehow.
Now this piece comes along and she feels safe . I couldnt beat the price too.

Here's what I have. http://www.buddybelt.com ...works awesome and it's attached to ME. Not sure if I like that set up. Passenger is still hunched over. Buddy belt allows them to sit straight up and more comfortable.

The buddy belt is cool but doesn't offer any forward support. During hard braking the passenger puts no force on the rider.
This one can be pulled of and used for an upright position if needed.

hmmm, mine does. Passenger pushes off of you during braking, pulls themselves to you on acceleration. Puts all the weight transfer on yer hips instead of your back and wrists.

Well that's what this thing does too except it isn't attached to me.
I don't want anything pushing on me while I'm riding.

The little woman likes it and it was free so it was a win win situation .
Plus the models look better with the sissy rider product than the buddy belt.
