Bike Stolen

I walked past my truck expecting my bike to sit there shiny and silver. Gone. That's when I felt that punch in the balls, throat closing up and raised heart beat. Being in the military I thought that maybe some of my buddies pranked me.... since that's what us military guys to at times, NO. So I walked around for about 10 minutes dazed and confused. I'm not a super serious drag racer, the mods on the bike only totalled roughly 1500 dollars (Two Brothers performance upgrades and cosmetic stuff). Apparently theft of Busa's and 14's are a daily occurance around the country. There are roughly 8 other bikes parked in the open within view of mine, 2 of them in the same car slot as mine. Lesson learned. I pay 1000 dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment with roving security in a really good part of town. Congrats ass clowns, good job. Storage unit here I come for my next bike. So if you "stumble" accross a 7000 mile 08 zx 14 silver engine or parts in the VA, MD, NC, NY, and surrounding states, either make good use of it or give me a hint of where we can look for the low life scum. We've been getting more range time with my walther since the theft. I believe it involved a white truck with trailer.

Theives REALLY piss me off! blermanzx14- man that sucks! I hope you either recover it or get a new one soon.

Rich S- Haters should be beaten(IMHO)

I just put a Garmin 660 GPS on my 14 and I took my girl out for dinner. When we came back out, someone took my cover plate. I know it's not much($15) but damn, I had to order a new one and they were backordered so I had to wait 2 weeks(luckily I chose to take my rims off for updating). Point is I had to rap a bag around the post so not to expose the contacts. If I EVER come out and see someone messing with my bike/car they will get anger like no other!

Got to be local somewhere.
Some scum bag driving by, see it and mentions it to his scum bag buddy...

Good advise to ask for parts to buy that you know your bike had.

What about those Micro Dots that they do cars with and get the sticker (maybe fake sticker), that says your bike is done?

For me the Disc Locks never fail. Just don't forget they are on when you take off

I always have a Tracker fitted to my bikes, they only cost around £200 ($310). If your bike is stolen there's a good chance of not only recovering the bike but apprehending the low-life who took it, which takes them out of circulation for a while and does everyone a favour. People spend much more than this on modifications, why not get something really useful for your money?

Sorry about your bike!
I hate thieves.
Btw-I have a few shovels and plenty of property here in FL, it's either that or an alligator infested swamp, if we use tha latter, best keep them alive, gators like live food.
