I have to agree with the origional premise of this thread that Dynojet has the worse customer service in the industry, and yes, everything that I was inquiring about I bought and paid for. Multiple e-mails and phone calls and I never got one fuckin' response.
That is the one thing that costs practically nothing for a company to do, yet the payoffs can be huge.

I had a horrible experince with them a few years ago. I had a brand new sixxer, installed the PC3, lots of problems. Dynojet customer service just wanted to send a replacment, which they did but it did not fix the problems. Long story short I sold the pc3 and the guy had the same problems on his bike with it, and left me my first neg feedback on ebay.

I have purchased several PC from Fuel Moto. No problems with their customer service.
