I noticed that for the first time last night. Don't know how long it's been in place???
Here's what it says now (6 years and NO posts - sounds like a "winner" to me):

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.

That's easy, some people lurk because they want to avoid getting bashed or simply found every answer he/she was seeking by searching on the site. You figure these older members here say to "search you noob" when someone asks a question but after a while nearly every topic has been discussed already and there isn't much else to talk about.
