JT GOES 8.4 WITH STOCK WHEELS ON A STOCK GEN ii BUSA.

Sorry Chad Busa's still the one to beat.

http://psychobike.com/forums/staging-lanes/51821-htp-jeremy-teasley-set-record.html

Wow wonder what he would have ran with some BST's on it. !4 still in third place.

Funny how this was never done before the BMW. Stock motor? yeah right. Just like all the other blowhards out there claiming "stock" this or that.

It was done before the BMW but the BMW out did the last record so the BUSA just re-claimed the title. If you read the article you'll see even brock agrees that the bike has a stock motor. He had one that ran close to those time himself. No need to lie hear just look at little richards comments he has one and can ride one too. So even he knows the bikes are capable of those numbers . Sorr;y if your bike will only run 9.19 @ 151 mph. thats .7 seconds to slow and way behind the BMW or BUSA.
There is nothing wrong with third place your sill on the podium.

What is the quickest that a privately owned Busa or BMW has been? I don't mean a Brock's or HTP bike ridden best the best jockey's in the business...

I've personally seen a 64" 2006 14 go 8.50's....and that was about 2 years ago. On stock wheels, too. The mph certainly suggested it was a stock motor (155 mph with a jockey...and not as small as JT, either). Sure, 8.4 is a lot better than 8.5...but you get the point.

This latest "stock motor pissing contest" really doesn't amount to much, imo.

Bah who cares, just ride and have fun. That is unless you race for a living in which every thousandth of a second counts. There is no denying that the Bimmer does everything pretty well, it can be used to drag race or just kill in the canyons, its basically made without much compromises. I still wouldnt buy one though, i like my ZX too much.

Bike is privately own and daily driven as the article says.

Pissing contest sound more like a zx14 excluding contest.

The slip here, from a slower 8.62 says:

1.39
3.623
5.516@128.87
7.185
8.621@155.79

The bike went faster that day, but that was the only slip I had. As I say, it went 8.50's...but it's really a moot point. Those mph #'s seem to be in line with what a light guy on a stock 14 can run. A couple of guys here have run better mph than the above!

I'm not getting into a pissing contest on this but I have been faster than that, I think Lil Jesse and Lee have as well. That 60 foot wasn't that hot but the 330 sure does look great.

Dude, I guess you are missing my point entirely. I said that I saw a stock motor 14 go 8.50's on stock wheels...a long time ago. That bike went 8.50's that day. Now everyone is getting into a pissing match over some 8.40's and I'm saying...who cares?

As for that 60' above...well, the bike went 1.33 that day, if I recall.

I like seeing the stock motor stuff...it shows rider skill and the tuners tune. None of which can be purchased over the internet with a piece of plastic.
