Front wheel removal.....problems

Pulled the wheels off today to drop off at the dealer and ran into some problems getting the front off.....

I loosened the pinch bolts on the bottom of the forks and stll needed about a 4ft piece of pipe on the end of the ratchet to break the damn thing loose..Anybody else have trouble pulling the front for the first time ??

Also this tool in the pic is all I needed to pull the front off the 12r do I need a second one on a 14 ?? It only fit the left side (if your facing the front of the bike) but not the right..

No leave one side pinch bolts tight until you losen the axle nut with the tool you have.

Both sides are 22MM but the other side is not deep enough for the hex to go in very deep. Leave that side pinch bolt tight and lossen the the other side and use your tool. Then loosen the other side pinch bolts and slide out axle.

Roger that, I used to get a kick out of you and Ship going back and forth !! Since I bought the Jeep I haven't ridden much or hung on the bike forums.....I did promise myself this summer I was gonna ride more, kind of a shame to let a 14 sit like I have.......sold the 12r two summers ago..
