Given all of your ridiculous comments, that's all that you do. Maybe if you spent a little more time working on and riding the bike instead of reading about it, you wouldn't be so damn scared of everything that isn't done in a magazine or instruction manual.

From searching on goallballs.com (all ball bearings website), I found that the front and rear bearings are different. I also found that the 07 r1 shares its front bearings with the 06 le, so I believe that means it's a 22mm axle. So here's the big money question now.
Do I make a 3mm sleeve to make it the same size as the zx14 axle?
Do I modify the bearings to fit the larger zx14 axle?
Do I modify the zx14 axle to fit into the r1 wheels?
Totally custom axle? $$$$$$

Easiest would be changing the bearings, and making the proper spacers.
The horizontal rotor spacing/width is a very big issue. You can only space the rotors out wider (not narrower), and you can't do much due to the centering rings on the wheel.

eklipse636 Im going to post a one test with 5 different kinds of plugs. My dyno man here up north thought it might be worth a try to see what could happen. The results are not done till next week because the last set of plugs have not come in yet. my dyno man was a little suprised by one set of plugs though not a huge gain it was worth noting.Im not going to post what he found except the stock plugs since a few like you, gilberjj and smokin who I had some respect for at one time were to cocky and couldnt answer my question you ran your mouth. You can do the dyno work yourself. There is a difference as I thought though not a huge gain, for you drag guys its enough to make a small gain.

I would be happiest if you hung yourself from the shower rod... In the end, that would be the biggest gain that we would be able to see from your tests anyway.

I haven't been responding because you're cluttering my thread. Take it to the smackhouse. There you can squawk like a chicken and I don't have to read it.

I give up. I'm putting a turbo on the bike, and I think I'll have a hard enough time keeping the front end down without taking off my fright train stock wheels. I threw the wheels up on ebay if anyone is interested.
If someone is interested in seeing this thing through I will hook them up.
