I know Nightmare weighs more than JT probably by about 20 to 30 lbs. Over on PB Nightmare chimed in and gave JT props. I'm just saying, 161 is believable because I have gone of 160 MANY times on MR9. My fastest on the 14 was 163 mph. JT weighs like 110lbs and that's why he is so successful even on Cobys PST 14. His weight is the key. I know that if you or Dusty hopped on my bike it would only what you guys normally run.

135 mph in the 1/8th? Stock motor, huh?

Only 26 mph on the back half? Sounds weak!

I have gone 1.34 60 foot at 62 inch wheel base ... So at 65 inches 1.32 is very possible ...

135 mph in the 1/8th on a stock motor Busa? Lucky you've seen 140 lb Alex ride Nick's 08 Busa, numbers match.

My Buddie has run 127 on his 08 Busa on 87 pump gas and he is 166 lbs and has a 1/4 of the skills JT does. now when he ran that the air was 600 ft and last night he was going 122 to 123 with 2800 ft of air.and his bike is now where close to 485 lbs. that's a fairly light Busa and helping a ton with the numbers. at 485 lbs for the bike and 110 for JT your looking at 595. last time we scaled my buddy and his bike it was 720 lbs. you get a 14 or busa down that low in weight and watch it run those numbers all day long.

So if I lose 40 pounds and knock 25 pounds off the bike, I can gain 14 mph in the 1/8th ?

.................... or do I need to trade the 14 for a Booza?

I would say that losing 40 lbs and 25 off the bike will help. Also running MR12 and most importantly learning how to ride like JT. The faster you get the throttle pinned the faster your 1/8 th mph. I've been 133 before with a tailwind. Buying a Booza won't help you either I would just keep watching Wee run because he knows how to ride

The vp dealers here suck. I've called two of them twice and they said they will check and see how much mr9 is and if they can get mr12... They don't wantto return my calls.

I even redlit and he passed me like i was just cruising. He told me he was 2 tenths faster at MIR. Those guys are all putting those kits in those bikes. They got you hook line and sinker!!!!

A guy here in delmar, de, was running 8.880s, he supposedly has a 1447, but he says its stock as well, lol, My thing is u run what u bring, but dont bring the BS wit it, if u dont want to tell ur bike isnt stock then dont say shit, lol. N this guy has a multi stage lock up, do u really need a multistage lockup wit a stock motor busa? Another guy is runnig 8.80s on a zx10 foot shifting, they say he has head n cams, i wouldnt care what he got, 8.80s footshifting is 8.80s footshifting, lol I've seen 9.20s to 9.60s on busas including 08 n newer bikes at delmar, they runnin mr9, airshifter, n stretched n lowered, an a 9.0 busa is alot different than a 8.80 busa!

The guy you ran probably weighed more than 110lbs. Secondly, 1.39 60' is HUGE difference from a 1.32 60'. The general rule of thumb is for every .100 improvement on your 60' it is worth .200 at the end of the track. So, basically with JT having a .700 better 60' it is worth over a full tenth. His MPH is not indicitive of a stroked motor with a flyweight. I can't stand haters and at this point you have proven that your knowledge of drag racing a motorcylce is minimal at best. There is a local at my track that weighs 240lbs with a turbo busa and I eat his ass up all day! I love it when guys at my track accuse me of shit and I literally tell them to get the fuck away from me if they don't believe my answers. The best one to me is when they show me their time slip and I out 60ft them by 3 tenths and I get accused of having a stroked bike. (rookies) Everyone on this forum shoots a pretty straight arrow and has no reason to lie, including myself. I believe with 100% certainty that JT ran an 8.42 on a stock motored Busa. If Tiger Woods gave you his driver could you golf like him? NOPE! Believe it or not it really does not matter what you have done to your bike if you cant ride.

I would say he was about 120lbs. I guess this is the part where i appologize for being so ignorant when it comes to "drag racing a motorcyle". Im sorry I did not know "Leo the dragrace king of all the land" was on bikeland! Ohh and congrats on beating the 240lb rider on the busa, sounds to me your stroking more than engines when you get home at nite, Job well done! Im sorry i dont have much time for douchebags who think they are better than everyone else. Im not the best and never will be i was just throwing something out there that happened to me friday nite. Hell maybe that was a stock bike could be just sounded fishy thats all. I agee with the fact it doesnt matter whats done to your bike if you can ride it...very true. So on that im out, I dont get into the computer tuff guy thing cuz theres alot of "those guys" out there and im just not into that girly drama! So if you want to reply to this to make yourself look cool or king shit of all the land, feel free Im done with this post and you Leo!

I happen to stroke it from time to time...thats a fact. However, for you to say that you don't get into the computer tough guy thing I went ahead and quoted your post in case you forgot why I replied. In fact you said ALL of us are gullible on this stock motor shit! I do not think I am better than all espeacially not JT!
