Brock could be tired of reading all the bitchin and complaining on this site that has seemed to surface lately. His customer service is still the same... And we all have known for years that his stuff is priced higher than most companies...

So he should just fork over $350 for a baffle replacement when it sounds like a manufacturing defect? This might happen more and more as people put some time on these pipes. Are we then supposed to buy a new muffler? Brock should offer a replacement baffle for this. All he's asking for is to be able to purchase one. Not even a free one which I think he should get.

Brock's wanted $450 actually cut me a deal for $350 for a replacement baffle. booo fail. If anybody has a spare BAFFLE they aren't using, I'm interested (NOT a NRP)

I just looked at Brocks site. A complete Alien Head Conversion Kit $495.00.

No Alien Head baffle or rivets listed. $450.00 for a baffle and a deal for $350.00 baffle??

So the rest of the Alien Head silencer is $45.00???? I like Brocks parts but.........

I am sure like everyone else has said in the past posts...He is BUSY. I am sure he will respond. The alien head system does not have a removable baffle...so why would he stock and sell something that should not be taken out. If the baffle "Broke the rivits" that is one thing...but again he is the second owner of the system with no proof of the original stainless rivits (what if the last guy used nitrous and has had backfires and was only holding the baffle in with one rivit at time of purchase?)...not saying he is trying to cheat the company, but as the original post stated its a hand me down system...he still gets a map and access to Brock's forums...which is more than I can say for other companies. I do believe he stocks Short Meg baffles...which the last time I held the two cans was the same thing with a different shape on the end...that may be a little less $$$. Yes, Brock does sell replacement parts, which I have heard being brought up a few times, but a non-removable baffle is not a replacement part. Just my opinion...not the thought of anyone else.

This was Wheelie old Brocks system. Darin told me he never messed with the anything. I guess bottom line is don't buy a used AH
it needs more rivets. But Brock is too busy with the BMW now. No more R&D for the 14. Funny a Ex Brocks employee makes a post and makes it look like he works there. Great Customer Service Brock. Brag somemore about how all your systems have replacement parts.

lmao!!!!!!!! Theres no 2010 models on the showroom floor cause of low economy do u think theres going to be a big demand let alone alot of sales on this Bmw, I think Brock will contiunely do the 14 n gixxers, cause thats where the money is at, now if i hit this powerball..........thats a different story, lol

The thing is his systems are for multiple bikes so if someone is having issues with theirs it could sway someone's decision to not purchase from them so every issue should be a concern no matter what bike it is.

no I never messed with the rivets, I think I only used the ahead a couple of weeks at the track, it would burn my leg so I sold it. so if that is my old pipe it was still in new condition.
