Brock's wanted $450 actually cut me a deal for $350 for a replacement baffle.  booo fail. If anybody has a spare BAFFLE they aren't using, I'm interested (NOT a NRP)

How old is this pipe?? Sounds like a defect to me. $350 for a baffle?! I'd buy a muzzy.

M14 polishe stainless with screws that keep the silencer on. Easy to repack.

I bought the whole system used so I don't know how old (5yrs?)They said they dont sell just baffles but the whole megaphone as a unit. $495 smackaroos. When I had my Muzzy, I bought a baffle for $45 with endcap and stainless rivets....shipped. I can understand the AH would be more as the endcap is thick aluminum but wow! If anybody has one speak up! thanks~D

Damn that's bullshit! Should be replaced for free or at least at his cost(which I bet is a hell of alot less than $350). I guess the notion of Brock taking care of his customers is a lie. Oh well you live and you learn. That muzzy looks nice on LAB3's bike. If the baffle ever shoots out of my alienhead I'll buy a muzzy.

If I were a Brocks owner I'd be getting tired of checking my baffle to see if it was secured and I'd have to fix it so that it would have allen screws to secure it in place.

I'm just trolling for a baffle at this point. Im happy with the brock's pipe. Muzzy worked for me previously although the maps were psycho.

that's bullshit... did you talk to brock or someone at his shop. That sounds like factory defect to me since the alien head doesn't have a removeable baffle.

What about an area p muffler like shane had.... Maybe a quiet one.... I'm sure Kerry could whip you up something sweet, and you could customize it to your tastes for probably around the same price as an alien head muffler.... btw, are you going to come and get this sprocket?

e-mail brock personally and see what he has to say about it... advice@brocksperformance.com you can usually get a really fast response. If the entire end cap/baffle came out of the pipe then there's a problem. also, try to find out who you spoke to that told you that you had to buy a completely new can. That sounds like a crock of shit to me. Brock is pretty big on customer service, so I'm sure that he wouldn't want the bad press on here about a pipe falling apart and his minions trying to rake you over the coals because of it.

it's usually only taken me a few hours to get a response, but he might be busy today or traveling. I'm sure he's not avoiding you. He's probably changing out bmw clutch plates lol :P.

he's pretty busy right now, with the bmw getting laid down, and i think he's preparing for this weekends schnitz race and the dash for cash. i'm sure brock will take care of you, or if you want call back and speak with rhonda, she's pretty cool and usually quick to help out. brock is a very stand up guy, he has went above and beyond many times to take care of me or one of my guys . he's treated me a 100 times better than muzzy ever has (and i spent 5 times as much with muzzy, for rob muzzy to tell me to get lost )

Since you bought the pipe used, are you sure that the previous owner didn't remove the
baffle and reinstall it using different rivets? If you were the original owner of the pipe I
could see wanting a warranty replacement of some sort. I don't see how a manufacturer
or seller could / should be responsible for their product 2 or 3 owners down the line. I am
aware that the auto industry transfers warranties but that doesn't apply here.
