Please be more specific. Does it not install? Does it install but does not launch? Does it launch but doesn't "work right."
Any specific errors or warnings?

Maybe it's nothing to do with Win7. Maybe no power to the PC or ????

Worse case, do a Google search for XP Mode. The software should run in an XP Virtual Machine on Win7.

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Sorry bout that, the powercommander is working fine, I loaded a map with a laptop that has xp installed and it works fine. My laptop has windows 7 home premium and it doesn't take a sent map and a window shows error. Map will not send.In fact it doesn't show the rpm Tps or anything that shows the it's plugged in and the bike is running. As far as I know this version of W7 doesn't have the ability to run in XP mode.

It's not the USB power issue is it?
Some Win 7 and Vista people had/have power issues.

Your right your version of Win7 doesn't support 'virtualisation' of XP.
Not sure if there is a third party one.
