I wouldn't exactly say they were forced to end production, but more like failed to meet minimum safety standards, thereby putting themselves out of business. If a company fails as badly as this one reportedly has then they should be out of business, especially when manufacturing helmets. But then again I'm a little biased because I'm rather partiel to te juice remaining inside my coconut.

Never even heard of them & I'm in Fl. Use what the pro's use & it's hard to go wrong. Never cheap out on your gear. Personally I find Shoei hard to beat. My X-11 is the only helmet I have ever actually felt an air flow in. I crashed in one & sufffered little to no drain bamage.
