Bike blowing black smoke when shifting, too much fuel?

I got a 07 14 with tskugi pipe and pc3 it was tuned by greg at hpc powersports some time ago. Everyone I ride with says when I shift gears at hight rpms the bike blows a lot of black smoke. I know it is fuel right? The only other thing I notice is the bike is real jerky at low rpms. Has anyone else had this happen?

I had this done about 2 years ago when I bought the bike. My company actually owns a honda kawi dealership, bedfordmotorsports.com. I have heard bad things about greg. He seemed alright when I was there. He actually did not charge me for the dyno, so how can I bitch. I guess he was thinking we would send him buisness. I live about 45 minutes from where he is located. I have never talked to him about this problem. If I post my map will you guys take a look at it and tell me where I should take some fuel out? bike has 13k options as mentioned. Thanks for your time

Yes, it is probably excessive fuel causing your smoke between shifts. A lot of guys here don't care much for Greg, but it shouldn't affect whether they help you or not. Perhaps try a generic map from the dynojet site, and see if it improves things.

Hey wee, thanks for the help. I never contacted greg dont really want to seeing how it was 2 years ago when I had it done. My email is budwardo1@comcast.net I appreciate the map. I have to go to my work computer to get the map I do not have it saved on this one. I like to try a diffent map. Thanks again man. I will down load it today and give it a try. Beleive it or not i have a carbon fiber can from tsguki. Greg told me it is the only one he knew of if thats bullshit or not I do not know. It is pretty poorly made carbon fiber. I also have the stainless ful length can. Once again thanks for the map

Try one of these base maps listed on the Schnitz site:

http://www.schnitzracingstore.com/catalogs/catalog.asp?prodid=4933666&showprevnext=1

The best way to get a solid map is to start with one of these, then adjust it yourself using a data logger.

I have a map from HPC for my old Tsukigi system. It worked pretty good. I did some comparing to my Brocks maps, and they are pretty similar. I don't see anything that would indicate it's that rich. The 100% map is very close from map to map.
