Partial Turbo Kits On Ebay??
Found these partial turbo kits on ebay, this looks like a decent deal, usually can't even get the header for $500, would need to buy a turbo and fuel pump, etc, but for about $2000 total you could have a nice stage one kit.

That is a good price if you don't mind using a small turbo .. The header is very nice but uses a 3 bolt flange for the turbo ...

even the small ball bearing turbos are capable of making 300+ hp, I bought one of these kits off ebay. I used a subaru 16g turbo and it made 250hp @5psi of boost on a stock motor. Now I am freshening up the motor with turbo pistons, studs, and better valve springs so we can play with more boost...

1bad you should know by now that small turbo's create allot of inlet heat, which reduces the amount of power your pistons will handle

that manifold doesn't allow a gt35r to be mounted unless your gonna rake your frt end like a harley, and the design is not meant to handle the flow of a gt35r , it will create too much back pressure and induce excessive heat in the motor and pistons again.
It good for what it was designed for- 1350 cc and 8 psi, after that the heat goes up, and pistons melt down.
Don't take my word for it, check out what is on the champs bikes.

dubious is right about the manifold. It places the turbo in the middle of the motor and pretty tight against it. I dont know how big a gt35 is nut you are limited on your choices.(with this kit) thats why I didnt go with a 18 or 20g. Before I bought this kit I already bought a t3/t4 and there was no way to make it fit just by changeing the flange. it has to do with where the turbo is located.

has anyone melting pistons taken the time to data log inlet temps, egts and boost?
I am betting some crazy piston melting numbers would be seen.
as for ring lands compressing, detonation does that, if it didn't take out pistons it would take out bottom ends....
but wtf do i know right?

time bombs and wasted $,
must be dyno machines, cause only a 12" slick will handle that, then the drivettrain will grenade anyway
interesting just not practical

Passing by also :-) but are you 800?? Wow thought you were kidding. Past 450 HP
After reading about sooo many street turbo bikes being tinkered with all the time and
most all brands need top ends faster than my wallet can afford for a daily driven bike here in Texas. Only went 7000 miles last year. Most ridden to Ozark mountains. Makes you a better rider just going speed limit up there and staying in your lane..... :-) Going home 400 flat hiway miles in Heat dronong home cops everywhere. Going 60 for hours on open road is almost impossible. Turbo for this useage?? Don't know for sure..still can't afford to find out.

If you run the right fuel the shit will last, and dont to top end blasts for miles at a time, run it through the gears and shut it down ride it than rip on it again. it will last the only thing i do differently from motor to turbo is change my oil more
