a bit off topic, but what other dragstrips are in the Altlanta area? Could be moving over that direction late this year.
Take some good pics at the event and post up. Always cool to see nice hardware.

There really isn't much right around Atlanta. Hell, the Atlanta Dragway is in Commerce, GA. There are a few strips scattered all around Georgia but most are 1/8 mile, there is a 1/4 in Reynolds, a bit south of Atlanta.

Ill be there with a white with red wheels Zx10. He runs real street. We are about ~700 miles away on I65 now. Lol

Dragbikelive.com will be streaming live b eginning Sat at 9am thru the finals on sunday for us that can't make the trip. Doug Ray,Spencer Cycle, just droped that info on me a little bit ago.

Street et starts at 9am then I'm running streetfighter, which is qualifying sat then eliminations Sunday. Street et will be completed sat.

No, he is in a squadron attached to a small boy, I am stationed on the USS RONALD REAGAN, an aircraft carrier. They deploy early next year after I transfer, thank goodness...lol I have been here for 2 1/2 years and been out to sea more than on land.

Thanks bently, I think I'm going to set my shift light at 9,000 or 9,500. Only difference in bike is I'm leaving air filter in, instead of 18 psi I'm gonna try 10-12. Everyone was spinning today. Between tHe air filter, tire pressure, and this track being 800 ft higher above sea level I don't think I should have to slow down but about .2 or .3
Might better set light at 10,000.....

Dusty you will be surprised how early you may have to shift. I'm 215 lbs and if the air is good I shift as early as 8500 to kill .30 to .35. but my 60ft does not slow down on the pro tree some guys do.
