I seen rear aluminum sprockets go quick putting extra wear on a new chain I would think.

I loathe all that gunk that builds up under the front sprocket.

J Bird look at Shane's build thread, there is a part number for a 16 tooth zepher sprocket listed there. Its a rubber covered sprocket that will keep a ton of noise down verses a standard aftermarket sprocket. As a plus its a factory Kawasaki part.

hey, when i did my front sprocket i first cranked the chain to a banjo string then hit it with my beater 1/2" impact while holding the rear brake. it came off rather easily i thought. i did have 150 psi behind it which i'm sure helped some. idk, maybe i got lucky.
+1 on the zephyr. nice and quiet.

Ive never seen a aluminum front sprocket before im pretty sure all of them are made of steel, there isnt enough tooth meshing for it to be safe, it would sheer all the teeth off in a heartbeat. Rear sprocket on the other hand there is 2 types.
