I have cooled off and Swine Flu May stay
We have discussed the possibilities of Swine Flu staying home and I am addicted to nitrous so here is what we may do. Stock bore drop in pistons, stage 1 or 2 head from Adams and at least a 200 shot wet system. I may switch from a power commander to the MSD SB6 and a nitrous controller to obviously bring the gas in slow but also to prevent the gas from spraying all the way through red line in case shifter fails. 2 stages of nitrous are also being discussed. Now I don't want to switch to a slider but I may do this as well. Hand Clutch bikes get more races. Hayes has a convertible clutch that allows you to still use the hand clutch but it is basically nothing more than a slider that disengages the clutch with the lever. WHAT YOU THINK?

I think we are just about as bad as crack heads, except for the fact we have something to put our hands on at days end. That being said I love spray too. Nightmare do you have a nitrous guy or are you doing this on your own?

Get somebody good to map it and have fun. The Hayes clutch is the way to go as long as your pocket is up for the diet. They are a work of art. Sliders are sweet, you launch so smooth that you can swear going down track that your short time is going to suck and then you are pleasantly surprised when you get your ticket.

Update on the build. Now we are thinking of doing Rods, staying with Stock pistons, 2 to 4 mil crank and Spraying the House Down. I've done a couple of favors for Tim with testing some new clutches as far as videos and things for him so maybe he will work with me on the price. A small sponsorship or something.

No teddy. I wanted to go with aftermarket lower compression pistons especially since the head was going to be decked but my mech said I should be fine with staying with the no shit stock pistons. What you think? Yes it will be stock bore as well

As much as you want to spray, now way in hell I'd keep the stock pistons, especially if you plan to beef up everything else.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Thanks man. Aftermarket low compression pistons it will be. I want to be in the 7s and 7.90s will not cut the mustard!

Then you need to bulletproof everything. Don't skimp. Also make sure a new oil pump goes in that motor.

Thanks. I did not think of that little detail. What do you think about removing the counter balancer and balancing the crank?

If your going to stroke it, they will have to ballance it. That's included in the price. Race bikes don't need balancers. LOL

Easy Teddy. I'm a jockey. Not a mechanical and I am sensitive. My feelings are hurt! Just kidding. Thanks for all your help. Who do you reccomend for the crank. By the way, I am in Pensacola now so give me a shout when you all are having a big event at lakeland, sunshine, etc!

Either APE or Marine Crank will do you right. Having an all bike event Friday April 23 at Bradenton. Johny at Exoticycle is sponsering it. $12 to watch or run. Looks like it's a gudge & TnT type of event. 7pm till Midnight.

Sounds good. If Swine Flu is back together, we will make the trip and have an extra chain because I heard that track hooks. Thanks
