Who has a long bike that hooks on the street?

I know for a fact that Myself, TNT, and Dakota9498 can't get any traction on the street. Neither can any of the busas that I ride with that are stretched. So... Let's hear it. Who can run up through the RPM's in 1st through 3rd without blowing the tire off? Smokes claims that his bike does, and I know that madness does some street racing but i'm pretty sure that it's on a prepped street.

I am running around 67 inches with stock gearing and don't hook with a damn. But I am running a regular shinko 003 and have never played around with air pressure on the street. And I definitely don't do any drag racing on the street here, I just got a ticket for a small (6") power wheelie and it is costing me $446, so that is enough.

i'm 16/46 and even with 12 psi in my u-soft If I grab a hand full of throttle in 1st gear from a roll it'll spin until I shift, go about 500rpm, spin again, and then the same in 3rd. I can slide the clutch enough to get it off the line, but as soon as it gets into the upper rpms it just wants to spin. To think that you can hook on the street with 250hp even with the high gearing you're running just boggles my mind. I'm a firm believer that if you're going to run on the street, Stock wheelbase is the way to go.

LOL... My first 14 was 10" over and slammed, she went great straight @ 200mph and looked GREAT, but sucked ass for hook up. She would spin the rear @ 75mph when I nailed it everytime. And she turned like a stuffed pig too. Thats why I am leaving my current 14 @ stock length.
My friend had one 7" over and still spun...

Quit slaming the clutch out , just snap it open , all that spinning wastes 1st gear you need that first 80 miles an hour , let every body elese spin, maybe that shinko crap isn't working after all??

Is anyone doing anything with the chain guard bracket? I was gonna shorten mine up on the extensions but the beaker for the chain guard is in the way. Rubs tire.
