Rear tail section modification

Has anyone done any rear tail section modification to reduce the slightly "bulky" look.

Im thinking just an inch or two in lenth and a half an inch on each side without loosing seat surface. Less of the bulk look and more sleek/light appearence done tastefully!

ALSO: Has anyone tried to remove the seat cover and placed additional foam or gel padding within the seat? Seems like it would not need much!

Flush mount blinkers go a long way to streamline the tail section IMO.

Bulky? Hah, I still prefer the rear of the zx14 then the busa rear end, I don't think it looks bad. It looks slimmer then the competition:

What do you mean by flush mount blinkers? Aren't our bikes already flush mount?

The Busa is a hidious looking bike by far and the rear tail is, "Kirsty Alley/Opra" like. The zx14 is better but I am thinking of slimming down the factory tail just a bit with the zx10 front fender. It would flow well and have a lighter look overall to the bike.

If you have a mild streach on your rear arm, then the tail seems to be appropriate.

The R1 tail is a bit too small for my liking and probably would have to remount most of the electronics underneath.

Im going to PhotoShop my bike with what I think would work for me. If anyone else want to do the same for their version, would be encouraged.

Heres a PhotoShoped version of a 3 inch less tail with a zx10 front fender.

Would be easy to do and looks more better!

What do you all think??
