I ran one before the Michelin. I really liked it at first. Hooked good. After half way it started loosing a little bit of it's traction. Bascially it's the same thing as a shinko with a different tread pattern

Ahh I see. I just saw these at a store I go to and thought wow a race tire for only $119. The only 2 sizes were 180 and 190.

Not sure on why they call it Full Bore "USA" when its Chinese company. Typically no one buys this tires but used bike dealers, they put them on their used bikes that came with bald tires to get max profit on the bike for quick sell.
1) Never skimp on anything your life depends on.
2) Your tires are what connect you to the rest of the universe. That's an important connection to maintain and control.

they are just as goof as shinkos... It's not skimping. Between gearing, swingarm length, and my weight I'm asking a considerable amount from a tire.
If your going to dragrace there's nothing wrong with it, if you like a shinko. For me the Michelin has worked perfect!!!!

Tried the Full bore race , and it worked much better than the stock Bridgestone for about 30 passes , then it just stopped hooking , so I went to the Shinko U-soft , and realized how many runs I wasted on the Fullbore !

I keep forgetting alot of you guys drag race. My expectations of a tire are high, it has to do everything well. Especially the turns. . I just know if you had asked about full bore tires in a sport bike forum you'll get flamed, i guess its acceptable for drag.

Interesting! Sounds like the full bore don't like to heat cycle too many times if it stops hooking before you can use all the rubber.

There's other forums? I gotta get out of the house more I guess. Seriously though, cheap sticky tire are fine for strip use ,but on street bound bikes a 14 deserves the best skins you can afford. Remeber how the stock Bridgestones made you pucker when they started letting go in mid-corner?

I swore by the Dunlop 208GP for track days on my Yamaha, and would get a couple track days at about 25 laps each ( Mid Ohio 2.4mi @ 15 turns ) before they started going south on me.........backed it in here and there a bit, but wasn't smokin' the rear out of the turns which probably helped them last longer too. So far on the 14 I've been running the tires the seller fitted ( Bridgestones ) and still got enough life in them to last probably half of this season too.........but only 1 track day last year with them at only 10 laps or so. They seemed to heat up quick and stick very well after a warmup lap.......but thinking I'll buy the 2ct's this year for a better streetable upgrade.

Full Bore is made in the same factory as Shinko, uses the same type rubber, but just has a different tread pattern.
Michelin for me though!!

My dad put one on his Blue 14 .
I've been testing it out and it stays stuck on the ground no matter what I try to do with it. It is a very sticky tire. It won't last a long time though.

How do you figure that? Shinko is a Korean brand which uses Yokohama technology and full bore is Chinese.
