Sato Exhaust

Hey everybody,
I'm considering putting a Sato Full Exhaust System on my '07 ZX14. (Titanium Oval)
Does anyone have any experience or comments about a Sato?

Sato doesn't make anything that's not a work of art, but i've never seen thier 14 exhaust in real life. My buddies run them on their RC51's. Would be nice to see what kind of gains they make. I'm going to guess that they're not a drag oriented exhaust though.

Thanks.
I'm not looking for drag racing performance, just overall performance.
I saw the pipe & heard it, on Sato's website and I want it!
They "claim" 185 hp on the dyno read-out, but I'm sure that may be a little inflated.
Regardless, it's a nice looking and a nice sounding pipe.

Thanks.
I've been lurking and reading for about a year or so, now.
That's my first post.
My bike is 100% stock (other than the double-bubble) and even though it's stock, it 's still kinda qiuck and kinda fast.

Welcome! Glad you decided to post. I've never seen a saro exhaust on a 14 either, but it can't be that bad since their rear sets are nice!!

Agreed, They have great rear sets but haven't seen the exhaust yet. Welcome and post pics if you decide to get it. Even post pics if you get something else, we all like to see different bikes and ideas...

Just so you know, you can save a lot of money by getting the Orient Express high mount. That exhaust is made by Sato for Orient Express. I had the Orient Express low mount, and it was made for them by Ti-Force. Give them a call, they will tell you who makes the exhaust's for them.

Welcome Chaz, you should also look at Yoshimura. I have the full TRC system and I love it. I also was looking for all around performance and not a super loud drag pipe. Plus secretly Yoshimura is CraigChrist's fav-O-rite exhaust!! LOL
