**CT SERIES™ SINGLE FULL EXHAUST Install

I Installed Brocks CT SERIES™ SINGLE FULL EXHAUST on Jessejame82 bike today and i have to say it is the nicest Exhaust system i have ever had my hands on .. It took me a bit to install it compaired to Brocks older smeg exhaust system only because Jesse robbed the instructions out of the box ..Once i got it figured out it came together with no problems .. I don't know if it just me but the engine seems to rev faster with this pipe , one thing for sure it sounds killer ..The system weights NOTHING !! Light as a feather ....The system has a bung for a 02 sensor also ... I will be tossing it on the dyno sunday with a new map and see what she puts out compaired to jesses old pipe and dyno runs ..

Ok i got it on the dyno jest a few sec ago ... SAE 171 HP 103 TQ I wanted numbers from the same day and same Temp and air so when i got done with Jesses bike i tossed mine on the dyno ... Same maps , same temps and air .. Only difference was Smeg Vs the CT pipe ... Mine made SAE 169 HP 99 TQ .. Jesses bike made 3 HP and 4 TQ more than mine did .. Both bikes had flys out, same map , same wheel base , 87 pump gas , Oring chains ( same brand ) BMC race filters , Mobil One 10w30 oil .. Both had 38 psi in the rear tire ... That is as close as i could make the test .. I dyno'd jesses bike along time ago in different temps and air and it made 169 then also ...So it looks like brocks CT pipe is worth a few extra HP and TQ ..

I wish you would have let someone know...I just did this a week or so ago, I could have scanned the instructions for you.

And it is a very nice exhaust from beginning to end.

I can try to get mine posted, I had stock versus CT Meg, Street Map, and K&N. 160hp stock 174hp with the exhaust The torque number stayed close but the entire curve was fatter. Not the same day, but the conditions were similar.

I still don't think that it looks right, but it is better than when I try to put two runs on it. It gets really spiky and doesn't want to work. But you get the idea.

Here are the dyno runs from today .. Note the CT pipe picks up a lot of HP and TQ around 7400 .. 8 hp in that 7400 zone, plus 6 TQ .. That is power you can feel ...

I wished that we had mine strapped, he said that he could feel it spinning on both runs, but oh well.

.... I was thinking with the much larger pipe the CT uses it would kill some lower and mid power and pick up top end power ... I was wrong !!! Nice suprize punch on the lower and mid ranges .. Jesse may be fighting wheelies till he gets used to the extra power ..

182 hp for my setup with CT, MR9, and short stacks doesn't seem so far off now...does it?

The CT is a real nice pipe.
