suspension

OK, I'm probably going to get pounded for asking, but after reading the recent shinko tire thread, I'm curious as to the suspension of my bike. I'm getting ready for a track day with the 999, and a pro around here just set-up my suspension. The back needs a little heavier spring, but after set-up the bike feels like a 600. Amazing. He worked on my 14 many moons ago, but he really doesn't know a lot about drag set-ups. My bike is now at 63". At the track I have it strapped and in the middle hole of the doggies. I am 6'4" and probably 250 with my leathers on. It is also my primary street riding bike, and often go two-up with the wife. Set-up suggestions?

yep, you are already over tasking that shock. Proper fix is to get one set up for your weight, bike set up and riding. It will make a TON of difference. But as Kawasakijockey stated, all you can do is max everything for now...
