Thin Head Gasket/Actual Compression?

Two questions:

1) What is the actual measured compression of the stock ZX-14? I've heard various "reports" and I would like to get some feedback since I am not able to measure mine at this time.

2) For those that have changed to the .018 head gasket, how much increase in compression did you see?

Thanks.

Shane

Stock on jesses was .028 -.029 ..We added the thin .018 gasket .... .010 i'm told is worth close to a half a point in compression .. That is what i have been told..

Different bike but on my ZRX starting at 12.68 with an 81mm bore, installing a .010" thinner head gasket nets me 13.26 CR.
