Purchased the PC3 and got a few questions...

I won't be riding the bike for another 30-60 days most likely due to shitty illinois weather. Should I wait to pull the fly's and install the PC or should i do this without riding the bike first?

The bike has front and rear sprocket, with a stock exhaust. Is there a map for pulled fly's and stock exhaust? Is there a map for sprockets? I would assume no map for the sprockets...

What should i do boys? Be proactive or wait so I can actually feel the difference.

How bad is the install of the PC by the way?

Thanks,
Abe

If you just purchased the bike and have not had a big bore bike before I would suggest that you wait. If you have had other big bores then I would go ahead a pull the flies and install the PC. As far as what maps are out there I do not know. If you are going to stay with the stock pipes it may be a bit harder to find a good map. BTW, I am with you on the winter thing, I am in NE Indiana so after mother nature finishes dumping snow on you guys she heads my way.

1. pull flies and install pc3, its not hard to install at all.

2. sprockets dont make a difference on fueling. so the answer is no.

3. might as well get used to the bike with the flies removed cause you will remove them anyways.

also i believe there is a map with stock exhaust, stock filter and flies pulled. may wanna double check dynojet.com

1. Remove the flies while the weather is bad. No need in tearing the bike down during good ridin weather.
2. Install the pc. You can either install it where the directions show or you can put it under your seat. A lot easier to access under the seat.
3.A/f ratio has nothing to do with gears.
4. Get all this stuff done so you can ride as soon as the weather allows!!!
What size sprockets are on the bike now? 17/41 is stock.
