suspension settings
another question...i just purchased 07 zx 14 it is lowered...i wanna put it back to stock ride height and wanna know how to set front end .i am 220lbs where do i start?(and dont tell me a diet lol)

try...http://www.onthethrottle.com/content/view/73/40/ youre probably gonna need a new rear spring. What's gonna happen to the lowering stuff? dibbs maybe. also try downloading the manual on the front page here.. great stuff

I used theses settings on my bike found them to be pretty good I am 210lbs.
