How high can you go??
Some one has to have explored the heights you can rev a stock bore and stroke ZX14?
Who has raised their limiter, how much can the stk rods take? 12Krpm? higher?
Thanks for any help!

I read on Brock's site that most modern sportsbike can handle about+500 rpm. But he did not say anything about the zx14 only. A Pro tuner told me that they went +1000 using a dyno jet ignition on a 07 zx14 with less than 200miles on it and it throw out a stock vavle sham.
RR can do it through the zx14 ecu now but I haven't heard any preformance result.
I am very curiuos to know the engine limits (stock vavle springs and double vavle springs), preformance gains, how a 40shot dry shot would effect it, how gearing whould be effected, and can the ZX14 be map to continue to make power beyond the stock limiter in all gears?

The stock cams are going to limit the rpm power can be made. A better filter and exhaust will help move the power up, but you will still be limited.

I have carpenter springs already, plus adding an ign module,
just wondering if the rods can take it for over a mile long?
Thanks for the replies.
