H20 Cycles
I don't want to get on here bad mouthing a business but I feel I have to tell the motorcycle community of a business going down the wrong path. My girl ordered a Samarai key from H2o cycles for a christmas present she told me tonight but she has not received it and has tried to contact them and they wont answer the phone or return her call or e-mail. I don't know if they are overwhelmed this christmas season but to respond back to a paying customer isn't to hard. So they are on the to be watched list for me just wanted to let yall know or to see if anyone else have a problem with them.

Everytime a company gets a bad rep on here I put it on my "suspect" list.
H20 Cycleparts made the list , I dont recall who or why they were posted as bad, but whoever gets on the list I avoid! Goodluck.

That's good intel, thanks very much for the heads-up. I was going to buy a bunch of stuff from them once Christmas was over, but I will look elsewhere now.

Louis grasse is the owner of h20 cycles in jax florida. He is a distributor of the keys mentioned above as to my knowledge he can't make shit. He sells plastic chrome that I know for a fact he buys from xxx chrome plating and marks up about 300 percent.his reputation in jax is that he is an arogant prick. I have family and friends in jax that warned me away from louis grasse when I bought my 08 se and wanted to buy product from him while on vacation in jax. BE AFRAID OF H20 cycles bikeland friends, very afraid!!

Well I have to report that I posted up this on another site and now I got a response on that site saying they will ship out another key free of charge, if so that would be a cool deal.

Look guy's this is a part time gig for him,he work's a normal day job and work's long hour's and travel's for his work.Sometime's it takes him a little while to get stuff shipped out.He does it by his phone when he can while he travel's.When he get's back he get's the order's out as quick as he can.He also has a mechanic/secretary,that is suppose to take care of order's while he is gone, but you know sometime's you have to do thing's youself.sorry for any problem's that anyone has had,not all shop's are perfect as we all know.I know it's nice to get part's when you order and pay for them, but i've been ordering part's online for year's and have never gotten them on time with some part's vendor's.

But the guy needs to be upfront and say it might be a few weeks, or a month before they are sent out. Another option would be find a Se start that would do her job like she is suppose to.
I wouldn't order crap from him hearing all this.
Thanks for the heads up!

Yep, I agree stuff should be shipped out on time but I am glad he is going to make it right. I have dealt with other shops like McCoys I ordered from them got a shipping confirmation the next day and had the part in I think 4 days. I like the work H2o does but needs to be more upfront thanks 1badvespa for the info on H2o, he does have a lot of good looking parts.
