THIEF SELLING 14 PARTS
BEWARE www.motorcyclepartsale.com is a SCAM. Phone# does not work.
I purchased a pair of custom smooth ZX-14 grills custom painted for my 2007.
They are gone from Ebay now but still have web site with bad phone#
They are good at this scam, sell you custom painted grills that are a 30 day wait
to have painted to match. Ebay and Paypal said to many weeks have gone by can not do anything.

I had some bad experience with a set of smooth grills in 08.
Don't remember the vendor, but the color match was horrible.
They refused to refund me, the damn things are still sitting somewhere
in the basement. I had actually forgotten about that ordeal with all the
stuff we buy online for the bikes.
Always use a credit card for your paypal payments, a bank will do nothing for you.
The few times I've had to call Bank of America and Citizens bank about transactions
and payments they just wasted my time with their " sorry, can't help" resposes and
suggestions to just figure it out and dispute it with the other party myself.
Disputing through Paypal is a pain in the a$$ too IMHO.

I used Paypal and Visa. They have it down great. They promise it to you in 4 to 6 weeks.
Then delay the delivery and now Ebay said all I can do is small Claims Court
in N.Y. from Texas for $150.00 parts. It's been 8 weeks now so I am screwed. Ebay has
removed all of their other items they had on Ebay but they have a large webb site store to screw you with. Go to the web site and call the phone#...disconnected but they will take your
money for a helmet or what ever.

I noticed they have a several different exhaust sections, the Performance section has BROCK's systems. DON'T Go There. phone # still disconnected and no answers to email from web site.

I have been scamed on eay before myself and wont buy nothing without protection and always put a claim on before the 30 days are up you can remove it once item is recived . disputes take them a couple of months to resolve anyways.

Ummmm NO - if you funded your PayPal account with Visa, you can simply call Visa and have the transaction REVERSED. It's that simple - I've done this a few times with ZERO issue. PayPal and Ebay are fucking dicks - and when they told me what they told you, I called Visa, who charged back PayPal, who then asked for my cooperation is charging back the vendor, which is when I told PayPal to fuck off. I got my money and PayPal charged back the vendor. You can play hardball with PayPal and you'll get your money back. They're just assholes.

Oh - I don't know about debit cards - you should still try and call them. It is fraud and a phone call would be worth a try in any case.

Point taken Lee.. :-) have you fixed the CB1100F yet?? No...you have all winter
to make things "Right" or send the Honda to me I'll fix it and break it in for a few years and return it. :-) Wish I had no sold mine.

BPD still No refund...sigh. Ebay and Paypal and Wells fargo Visa Debit cards all SUCK.
if you get ripped off on Ebay and the 30 days has gone by. This guy was slick on Ebay,
Web site is still working for more people to get ripped off. Phone was disconnected, now a ansering machine but no company name on the message.
